YouTube Music Now Available on Sonos

Sonos has announced that subscribers of YouTube Music and YouTube Premium can now access the YouTube Music streaming service through the Sonos app.

Launched last June, You Tube Music is a subscription-based service featuring official music videos, albums, singles, remixes, live performances, and covers plus music charts and thousands of playlists. The service also recommends music based on personal tastes and has a smart search function to help you find songs without knowing their names. YouTube is currently offering a free three-month trial. A subscription costs $9.99/month or $14.99/month for a family plan.

Sonos owners can add YouTube Music by updating to the latest version of the Sonos app while connected to a Wi-Fi network. The procedure is simple: Go to the More tab, select Add Music Services, and add your subscription account.

YouTube Music can be added to the Sonos app in any country where YouTube Music is available, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
