Vizio Reference Series TVs Offered at Magnolia

The first two high-dynamic range-enabled TVs in Vizio’s new Reference Series are now available to order through Best Buy’s Magnolia Design Centers.

At present, there are 79 Magnolia Design Centers in 23 states. A complete listing can be found here.

The 65-inch RS65-B2 and 120-inch RS120-B3, priced at $6,000 and $130,000, respectively, are equipped with Dolby Vision high-dynamic range (HDR) encoding, full-array LED backlighting with 384 active zones, enabling more precise contrast control, and Vizio’s Ultra Color Spectrum technology, which is said to produce a wider color gamut. The RS65-B2 uses a quantum dot LCD panel.

Prior to today’s announcement, the TVs could only be ordered through vizio.com, which would put customers in touch with a local installer. Now consumers can place orders directly through Magnolia. Vizio has also established a partnership with the PowerHouse Alliance network of custom installers for delivery and setup of Reference Series models.
