Triad has added two Dolby Atmos-enabled height modules to its InRoom Bronze and InRoom Silver speaker series.

Priced at $500 and $600 each, respectively, the add-on modules are designed to match Triad LCR models acoustically and aesthetically but can also be placed atop (or near) main-channel speakers from other brands.

With a rated sensitivity of 89 dB (1W/1m) and recommended power range of 50-150 watts, the Bronze and Silver modules each have four top-firing neodymium drivers and are rated to play down to 180 Hz and 130 Hz, respectively. The Bronze model uses 2-inch drivers while the Silver has 3-inch drivers. Respective weight per module is 7.25 and 10 pounds.

Black pebble is the standard finish for both models but a variety of colors and finishes are available including real-wood veneers and custom-matched paint.
