Sony Working to Fit Movies on PS3 Combo Discs

It's a great idea to include a digital copy of a movie with Blu-ray discs, but Sony is taking it a step past that. According to John Koller, director of hardware marketing for the PS3, the discs would be perfect for games based on movies and vice versa. Users could transfer the movie to their PSP for later viewing, too, which is great for those of you who have enough room on your Memory Stick Pros. Of course, there are no details about the studios that might be on-board, the additional cost the technology will bring to the already-pricy PS3 games or if it will work without making you want to pull your hair out. But, it still sounds very promising. At least they're not going backwards like Disney who is selling the High School Musical 3 Blu-ray with the dvd and an additional disc containing the digital copy. Thanks for all that plastic, guys.
