High-end Custom Install Preamp of the Future

The futuristic-looking, drop-dead gorgeous, modular Mirage is a three-piece control amplifier consisting of a solid aluminum remote control (referred to as a "magic wand" by Gryphon), a detachable control section, and a preamplifier main chassis.

Gryphon's founder and CEO says the goal of the Mirage is "to make Gryphon-level audio quality available to a new audience who are not necessarily hardcore audio enthusiasts, but who are equally serious about sound quality, design and ease of use." Since the Mirage sells for almost 17,000 Euro (around $21,000 US), prospective owners are going to need to be just as serious about spending money.
