Sony gives you gear with a Bravia HX800 3D HDTV
Sony is seriously trying to sweeten the pot for early adopters of 3D HDTVs. According to CrunchGear, the company is adding a bundle of additional products for users who purchase a Bravia HX800 HDTV.
Besides the TV itself, Sony is throwing in a Blu-ray Home-theater-in-a-box kit, the BDV-E570, two 3D Blu-ray Discs (Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs and IMAX Deep Sea 3D), four 3D Playstation 3 games, an IR 3D emitter, and two pairs of active shutter glasses. That's about $900 worth of gear, in addition to the HDTV itself, for $2,429 (46-inch) to $3,059 (54.6-inch). Not bad, for an all-in-one 3D, surround sound, HDTV, Blu-ray starter kit.
