Samsung, HARMAN Luxury Audio Plan Joint Immersive AV Showcase for CEDIA Expo 2025

Samsung Electronics America and HARMAN Luxury Audio Group will co‑exhibit at CEDIA Expo 2025, September 3–6 in Denver, Colorado, in what the companies describe as the largest booth on the show floor (#2512). The combined space is positioned as a single stop for integrators to see 2025 Samsung displays and soundbars alongside JBL Synthesis, JBL, and Arcam systems.

Cinema and whole‑home vignettes

The anchor demo is an 11.4.8‑channel JBL Synthesis theater pairing Synthesis loudspeakers, subwoofers, and electronics. Additional rooms include a 7.1.2 theater built around a JBL Modern Audio (MA) AVR with JBL Stage 2 speakers; a JBL Conceal Series 5.1 “invisible” system matched to Samsung’s The Frame; and an in‑wall 3.1 system featuring JBL MA AVRs and Stage 2 architectural models for multipurpose spaces. The Frame is positioned as a décor‑friendly TV with access to more than 3,500 artworks in Samsung’s Art Store, including exclusives from MoMA and Art Basel.

Outdoor and lifestyle integration

For outdoor installs, Samsung’s The Terrace Full Sun display will be shown with JBL outdoor audio. The Terrace is specified with Direct‑Sun protection and an IP56 rating for water and dust resistance; its Neo QLED panel is aimed at high‑brightness visibility, and an AI‑powered processor is said to upscale SD/HD content to 4K. HARMAN says JBL Modern Audio AVRs integrate with Samsung SmartThings for control from Samsung TVs and positions these as the only AVRs with this capability.

New HARMAN hardware

  • JBL Synthesis SDP‑80 surround processor for immersive‑format theaters.
  • JBL Synthesis SMA Series multi‑channel amplifiers using Class D amplification.
  • Arcam Radia Series A5+, A15+, A25+ integrated amplifiers continuing the company’s Class G approach.
  • Arcam SA45, SA35 integrated models and ST25 streamer with high‑resolution streaming and CI features.

Pricing and detailed specifications were not provided in the announcement.

Samsung’s 2025 TVs and soundbars

Samsung says it will show its 2025 AI‑enhanced TV and audio lineup, including Neo QLED and OLED models, The Frame Pro and The Frame, new Q‑series soundbars, and an “entirely new” Micro RGB TV category. Samsung reiterates its claim as the number‑one global TV and soundbar brand and positions the line as a set of options for the CI channel.

Training and show logistics

HARMAN will host CEDIA Manufacturer Training sessions during the show. The joint showcase is scheduled for September 3–6 at the Colorado Convention Center, Denver, booth #2512.

“This collaboration offers integrators a unique opportunity to see how Samsung and HARMAN solutions work together across every category of the smart home,” said Jim Garrett, Senior Director, Product Strategy and Planning, HARMAN Luxury Audio. “It’s an unmatched combination of performance, design, and integration expertise.”
