Prince to Release New Album Only on Tidal

Tidal, the Jay Z-owned Tidal streaming service, announced that Prince will release his latest album exclusively on its platform. The album, HITNRUN, is due out September 7.

Following in the footsteps of Taylor Swift, who pulled her music from Spotify due to “unfair” royal rates, Prince recently pulled his music from Spotify, Rdio, and other streaming services.
