New Staffing Company Targets Custom Electronics

Brent Wiseman and Tres Huber, veterans of the custom installation and construction industries, have formed a company to address “critical labor and personnel shortages in the custom electronics/integrator industry.”

High Demand Manpower for Integrators (HDMI) Staffing, which makes its national debut at CEDIA 2017 in early September, will offer and place a variety of positions in the custom electronics/integrator industry — everything from ongoing work for field technicians to senior management on a retained-search basis.

While working as industry consultants, Wiseman and Tres encountered the “recurring theme of company owners not able to find the right people to fill their open positions.”

The company aims to deliver job candidates who meet the technical and functional qualifications of specific positions but who are also a good fit for the culture of the hiring company.

“HDMI Staffing’s goal is to create a win-win situation for both employers and employees,” Huber said. “Employers will have increased access to qualified people who fit their culture and employees will have the chance to explore new opportunities that meet their career, financial, and personal needs.”

HDMI Staffing will be based in Las Vegas, Nevada with satellite offices to serve the entire country. Wiseman and Tres bring 50 years of combined experience to the company.
