LG is rolling out an upgrade for its webOS 3.0-enabled smart TVs called Channel Plus.

Owners of these TVs, which include OLED and Super UHD models, will receive a software update that provides free access to a variety of content from broadcasters and online publications including BuzzFeed, Cooking Light, FailArmy, Field & Stream, Funny or Die, Golf, GQ, Mashable, PBS Digital Studios, Reuters, Saveur, Southern Living, Sports Illustrated, The Onion, Time, Wired, WSJ News, and WSJ Life.

Channel Plus content appears in the TV’s onscreen guide as a TV channel so viewers can surf among broadcast and online programs without launching an app.
