Klipsch to Preview New Red Oak Finish, Demo Active Crossover at Audio Advice Live 2025
Also on demonstration will be the Heritage La Scala AL6 loudspeaker system, configured with Klipsch’s optional La Scala Active Crossover. According to the company, the external active crossover enables more precise system tuning, greater configuration flexibility, and increased dynamic range. The La Scala AL6 carries a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $15,399 per pair, with the active crossover priced separately at $3,499.
Klipsch will also show its new KS-12 metal speaker stands, designed specifically for the Heresy IV. The stands raise speakers by 12 inches and feature a finish resistant to dust and fingerprints. MSRP is $474.99 per pair.
Two complete systems will be featured in Klipsch’s Willow Oak room demo. One system pairs the La Scala AL6 and active crossover with Onkyo’s upcoming Icon Series electronics: a P-80 preamplifier and three M-80 power amplifiers. A second system featured the Forte IV in Red Oak, driven by the Onkyo Icon A-50 integrated amplifier. The Icon Series components are expected to ship in Q4 2025.
The Forte IV in Red Oak is priced at $5,499/pair; the Heresy IV in the same finish retails for $3,598/pair.
