Maggie is an alluring free spirit who won't let anything, including a formidable personal challenge, tie her down. But she meets her match in Jamie Randall, whose relentless and nearly infallible charm serve him well with the ladies and in the cutthroat world of pharmaceutical sales. Maggie and Jamie's evolving relationship takes them both by surprise, as they find themselves under the influence of the ultimate drug: love.

Fox delivers a pretty solid HD presentation for this day and date title. I wouldn’t call it razor sharp but it boasts a pretty nicely detailed image with good fine object detail and depth. At times it can be a bit on the softer side but this seems to be a cosmetic choice of sorts. Colors are vibrant with good saturation though they do lean toward the teal and orange side like so many other new movies these days. The lossless DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack is also good and keeps to the formula for the rom-com genre. The musical selections offer the most presence within the mix while the rest is just subtle ambiance and of course dialogue.

Fox includes a digital copy for your portable device plus some deleted scenes and interviews with the cast and crew.

This one was better than I thought it would be and actually tackles some honest medical issues that are rarely discussed. The comedy is also pretty solid making this an easy recommendation for a date night rental.
