Definitive Technology will host a fundraiser on June 12 at the Copley Symphony Hall in downtown San Diego to support Forte for Children, a charitable foundation dedicated to improving the quality of life for disadvantaged children through music education and therapy.

In addition to a cocktail reception, silent auction, and raffle of audio products, the event will include performances by John Legend and San Diego native Tristan Prettyman. Net proceeds from the evening will benefit the Forte for Children Foundation.

General admission ticket prices range from $69-195 and VIP packages are available at the SanDiegoSymphony.org.

Prettyman will sing a medley of hits from her five studio releases and Legend will perform songs from Love in the Future. The show will also feature a performance by Encore Youth Theatre Choir.

To promote the fundraiser, Definitive is running an in-store and online promotion May 1 through May 24 that will award one person and their guest a four-day, three-night, all-expense paid trip to San Diego.

The company also is kicking-off a contest on Facebook May 1 for a chance to win free tickets. Winners will be announced June 1.
