Bluesound Knocks $200 Off Price of Award-Winning Pulse Soundbar

Bluesound, sister company of audio stalwarts NAD and PSB, today announced a price cut for its Pulse Soundbar, one of only three soundbars to make Sound & Vision’s prestigious 2017 Top Picks of the Year list.

Introduced just over a year ago, the multiroom/hi-res-capable Pulse Soundbar has been reduced to $799 with a black finish and $899 finished in white; the prices had been $999 and $1,099, respectively.

The Pulse was commended by S&V editors for supporting high-resolution, multiroom streaming via its proprietary BluOS platform — the first soundbar to do so — and delivering excellent dynamics, accurate stereo imaging, and surprising bass extension from a compact cabinet.

“The soundbar category continues to be strong performer industry-wide,” said David Cain, Bluesound’s global vice president of sales. “By positioning the Bluesound Pulse Soundbar at an even more affordable price point worldwide, it becomes a great entry point for consumers who want to enjoy high resolution sound for their high definition TVs.”
