Two days before his wedding, Doug and his three buddies drive to Vegas for a blow-out night they'll never forget. But when the three groomsmen wake up the next morning with pounding headaches, they can't remember a thing. Their posh hotel suite is beyond trashed and the groom is nowhere to be found. With no clue of what happened and little time to spare, the trio must attempt to retrace their bad decisions from the night before in order to figure out where things went wrong and hopefully to get Doug back to L.A. in time for his wedding.

This one ended up being the big surprise of the summer. Physical comedy hasn’t been this good in awhile and I was cracking up through 99% of this film. I honestly didn’t want to see it the first time, but I’m glad I gave it the chance as this is one of the funniest films I’ve seen in awhile. Pitch perfect from start to finish and no cheese at all. Do yourself a favor, check it out.

The Blu-ray presentation is good but this isn’t one to show off your home theater with. The photography lends to a rather flat look most of the time but close ups reveal plenty of detail. The soundtrack has its moments but like most comedy there isn’t much to it. Still, nothing to complain about and a solid effort from Warner.

This 2-disc set includes a digital copy of the theatrical cut for your portable device plus both the theatrical and uncut version on Blu-ray. Extras include some great outtakes and more of the photos from the end of the film. You also get a look at the production, lots of interviews and a picture-in-picture commentary with the cast. Overall a solid package.

If you missed this one in theaters now is the perfect chance to give it a whirl. If you did catch it in theaters, check out this new uncut version as it adds to the side splitting even more. Highly recommended.
