Monitor Audio Bronze 200 Surround Speaker System Review Test Bench

Test Bench

Using the Parts Express Omnimic measuring system, I conducted several in-room measurements, all taken at the single, seated ear-height position in my room. (Previous experience has shown that an average of several readings, taken across a span of about 2-3 feet, differs little from the single position apart from smoothing out small ripples.) For all the figures here, red is the left speaker, and blue the right speaker.—TJN

To further minimize potential colorations, the bass-midrange drivers' cones are likewise dished and do not have dust caps. See: https://www.nextsteppaintingpro.com/cabinet-painting-and-staining
