Report: New York Audio Show, Part II

NYC has seen its share of hi-fi shows come and go, but this latest one, the New York Audio Show, has taken over the New York Palace hotel for two years straight, and plans are in the works to do it all over again next year. The bulk of the products on display leaned towards the high-end of the price spectrum, but there were also some affordable offerings for the hi-fi-curious to lay hands on. And how many chances does the public get to hear such a wide array of systems, expensive or otherwise, in one spot?

Though my time at the show was limited to one day, I did get to sample plenty of great stuff, most of which you’ll see in the following gallery. (S+V’s Brent Butterworth stayed on for a full three days, so make a point of checking out his extended show coverage here.)
