Pella Uses Z-Wave to Get Insynctive

Pella Corporation has been making innovative door and window products for nearly 90 years and now the company is branching into technology with its new Insynctive line of sensors and control devices enabling homeowners to have simplified control over their home’s security, comfort and convenience features.

Pella Insynctive is a family of smart home products allowing homeowners to check the status of windows and doors at a glance and control motorized Pella blinds and shades while at home or away using a smartphone, tablet or computer. Insynctive products utilize Z-Wave communication technology for status and control and can interface with a variety of home automation and security systems including Wink, Crestron and Savant.

Insynctive products are purchased separately, allowing owners to scale the system to fit their needs and are designed to be easily installed and work in any home with any brand of door or window. The system includes window and door sensors ($49), garage door sensors ($59), door deadbolt sensors ($109, must be integrated into a new Pella entry door), status indicators ($109), remote controls ($59), blinds and shades (starting at $1,059), and the Bridge ($109).
