HIGH-DEF DISC GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. To enter, visit the PREMIERE/SOUND & VISION HIGH-DEF DISC GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES ("Giveaway Sweepstakes") on the Internet at http://www.soundandvisionmag.com/moviegiveaway. Fill out the entry information requested, including name, email address, mailing address, daytime phone, and age and any other required information field. You may enter the PREMIERE/SOUND & VISION HIGH-DEF DISC GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES on or after May 7, 2007, 6:00 p.m. ET; all entries must be received by June 7, 2007, 11:59 p.m. ET. Entrants may receive information from soundandvisionmag.com and/or premiere.com via e-mail if they "opt-in" on the entry page. Entrants must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. You may enter as often as you like. Automated entries are prohibited, however.

3. Employees of Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S., publisher of soundandvisionmag.com and premiere.com, and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, printers, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers are not eligible to participate, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win.

4. One (1) prize winner will be selected from a random drawing on or about June 25, 2007, from all eligible entrants. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. The prize winner will receive: Two (2) movies on Blu-ray Discs and two (2) movies on HD DVDs. Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $159.92. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner may be notified by mail and/or by email. Winner must comply with the instructions contained in the prize notification letter and must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where permitted by law) within ten (10) days of the date on the prize notification letter or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner chosen. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account on the entry is registered. All prizes will be awarded.

7. By entering and/or accepting a prize, winner releases and agrees to hold harmless the Sponsor, Sweepstakes Entity, their directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind, including death, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or participation in this Giveaway Sweepstakes. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited. Winner's name may be posted on soundandvisionmag.com and/or premiere.com.

8. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility, will not be eligible, and Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any technical problems related to on-line entries. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Giveaway Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired. In the event of termination, a random drawing will be held from among all eligible entries received at the time of termination.

9. You agree that you shall not upload, post, or transmit any materials that contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses, or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Giveaway Sweepstakes or the website.

10. By opting in for additional information and promotions offers from Sound & Vision and/or Premiere, the entrant agrees to receive email communications from Sound & Vision and/or Premiere and acknowledges that entrant's personal information will be subject to Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S.'s privacy policy. Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S.'s privacy policy is located at http://aboutus.hfmus.com/Privacy.asp.

11. Entries will not be acknowledged.

12. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities will not accept phone calls concerning this Giveaway Sweepstakes.

13. However, Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S., Inc., is responsible for the operation, management, and all issues associated with this sweepstakes. Any trade names, trademarks, or service marks shown as part of the materials associated with the sweepstakes are the property of their respective owners.

14. This Giveaway Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations of the United States with venue in New York County in the State of New York. Winner is responsible for any taxes payable on prize or otherwise. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service.

15. By entering you agree to be fully bound by these official rules.

16. For the winner's list, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope (after July 5, 2007) to Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S., 1633 Broadway, 41st floor, New York, NY 10019, Attn: High-Def Disc Giveaway Sweepstakes. Residents of Vermont may omit postage.
