In the Integra booth at last week’s CEDIA Expo 2023, all eyes were on the recently introduced DRX-8.4 AV receiver, the lynchpin in the brand’s highly regarded AVR lineup.

EISA, or the Expert Imaging and Sound Association, is an organization representing 60 special interest magazines from 29 countries that cover Hi-Fi, Home Theater Video, Home Theater Audio, Photography, Mobile Devices, and In-Car Electronics. Each year, EISA expert group members, including editors from Sound & Vision and its sister publications Stereophile and Shutterbug, gather in Antwerp, Belgium to receive previews of the latest products, an extended process that culminates in a vote on which products are worthy of the prestigious EISA award.

Home Theater Video and Audio Products of the Year

EISA, or the Expert Imaging and Sound Association, is an organization representing 53 special interest magazines from 25 countries covering the categories of Hi-Fi, Home Theater Video, Home Theater Audio, Photography, Mobile Devices, and In-Car Electronics. Each year, EISA expert group members gather at the Kasteel (castle) den Brandt in Antwerp, Belgium to preview the latest products in their respective categories, and to cast ballots on which products are worthy of the prestigious EISA award.

EISA, or the Expert Imaging and Sound Association, is an organization representing 61 special interest magazines from 29 countries across the globe that cover Hi-Fi, Home Theater Video, Home Theater Audio, Photography, Mobile Devices, and In-Car Electronics. Each year, EISA expert group members, including editors from Sound & Vision and its sister publications Stereophile and Shutterbug, receive previews of the latest products, typically in-person, but for 2020-2021 via online presentations due to international travel restrictions and safety concerns. This extended process culminates in a vote on which products are worthy of the prestigious EISA award.
