DTS has announced that LG’s latest 4K/Ultra HD TVs will be the first TVs to integrate DTS Virtual:X audio processing, which delivers virtual height and surround sound without the need for additional speakers.

Just in time for summer, LG has added a portable 4K smart projector to its CineBeam lineup and is pairing it with a free Xboom 360 Bluetooth speaker valued at $300 on orders placed through June 11.

LG has announced an updated user interface (UI) for its 2017 and 2018 smart TVs that includes Hulu with Live TV, a streaming subscription plan that provides live sports, news, and entertainment from more than 50 channels in addition to the Hulu library of TV series and movies.

These new Internet-connected TVs employ "NetCast Entertainment Access", allowing users to browse, search, and choose a variety of HD and HDX films right from their TVs without an additional Vudu set-top box.

LG announced four new LED projectors that range in price from $350 to $1,000. The lineup includes one high-definition model and three portable Minibeam projectors, all rated for 30,000 hours, which equates to eight hours a day for 10 years.
