Slovenian company, Qubino, says the Qubino Weather Station is “the world's first Z-Wave supported weather station to collect 10 essential values: indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, rainfall and wind direction, speed, gust, temperature and chill.” All measured data is then sent to the Z-Wave network for use by user’s control system in order to respond to changes in weather conditions as necessary.

The JBL/Harman Luxury Group demo was perhaps the most impressive at the show for the totality of its picture and sound.

CEDIA is a custom installation show by definition, and many or most of the demos used in-wall or on-wall speakers, for better or worse. One of the “better” was the GoldenEar demo.

Bose doesn’t often attend CEDIA (or CES for that matter), so I was surprised to see them here. The emphasis here appeared to be on lifestyle or custom install products, noted in another blog.
