Early last week, <A HREF="http://www.burst.com">Instant Video Technologies</A> announced that it has acquired Delaware-based Timeshift-TV, a developer of digital-video technology that allows users to "personalize their TV viewing experience by adding VCR functionality to live broadcasts."
