Even though Samsung hasn’t shipped its 2024 model year TVs yet — pre-orders open on Thursday, March 21 — you can still sign up to get a $100 discount that you can apply when the new models become available.

To qualify for the discount, you have to sign up and provide your name and email address. You will also have the option of entering into a sweepstakes for a chance to win the second-generation version of the Freestyle portable projector ($800) Samsung introduced in 2022.

The 2024 lineup previewed at CES 2024 features more “ultra-large” screen sizes and puts artificial intelligence (AI) front and center in new Neo QLED mini-LED TVs and QD (quantum dot)-OLED models.

Hailed as Samsung’s brightest OLED TVs to date, the 2024 QD-OLED models will be led by the S95D series featuring enhanced “Pantone Validated” color accuracy and a “glare-free” screen said to reduce reflections during daytime viewing without compromising image sharpness and color.

The new Neo QLED mini-LED models feature the AI-powered NQ8 AI Gen3 processor, which Samsung is calling its most sophisticated image technology yet. The heart of the NQ8 is a neural processing unit (NPU) that is twice as fast as its predecessor and uses “eight times the neural networks” to enhance detail.

Speaking of discounts, as of this writing Samsung is offering steep discounts on its 2023 Neo QLED 8K TVs to make room for the 2024 models. The company is also offering $600 off on 2023 OLED 4K TVs in a variety of screen sizes.
