Livv Headphone Boasts Patented No-Slip Headband

If a rapper can design and market headphones why not an NFL football player?

Former Baltimore Ravens and St. Louis Rams receiver Mark Clayton said he could never find headphones that would stay on his head while he was working out so he came up with his own design.

The Livv Headphone ($349) is a wireless over-ear design, featuring a patented SureFit headband, aimed at sports enthusiasts or anyone who has an active lifestyle. Clayton said the headband keeps the headphone snug against the head during the most rigorous of workouts (think NFL conditioning drills).

Described as sweat-proof and water-resistant, the headphone supports Bluetooth 4.1 streaming and has a built-in MP3 player with 8 gigabytes of storage and oversized 1.5-inch drivers. The removable earpads are made of memory foam for “long lasting comfort,” and a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery is said to keep the tunes playing for up to 12 hours. The company offers a one-year warranty.
