Suit from 'Spider-Man: Homecoming' Auctioned for Charity

An official Spider-Man suit worn by Tom Holland in Spider-Man: Homecoming was auctioned off yesterday to raise money for the Toys for Tots charity run by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve.

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment provided the costume to the online auction site ScreenBid.com, which donated 90 percent of the winning $41,000 bid — or more than $37,000 — to the Toys For Tots program.

At the conclusion of the auction, Spider-Man swung into action at a U.S. Marine unit in Pasadena, California to present the check and gift wrap toys.
