Throwback Thursday: On the Set of Back to the Future Part III

Check out the behind-the-scenes camcorder footage from the set of 1990’s Back to the Future Part III. You’ll definitely want to use the slider bar to buzz through some of the shaky parts of the 20-minute video. Toward the end (about 18:17) Michael J. Fox does a meet and greet with neighborhood kids.

From Redit.com:

While Back to the Future Part III was being filmed at 9303 Roslyndale Avenue in Pacoima, CA, a next-door neighbor filmed 20 minutes of video from her front yard and living room.

From CNET:

An unidentified neighbor who lived next to the home in Arleta, California that served as the McFly homestead for all three movies saw director Robert Zemeckis' crew shooting one of the final scenes of the movie when Marty returns from the 1885 version of Hill Valley.

So the neighbor grabbed a video camera and started shooting her own footage through the kitchen window, capturing Michael J. Fox in his 1885 outfit and Lea Thompson as Marty's new and improved mom performing in scenes for the movie and interacting with fans.
