Kevin Wines is Image Technology Director at THX, Ltd., where he supervises the Display Certification program, in which he developed the 3D Certification Program. Working in strategic development, he is responsible for new technology assessment and applications.

Prior to joining THX, Kevin has been involved in display technology development and applications throughout his career, including in post production, digital cinema, and at Walt Disney Imagineering, where he engineered and oversaw the implementation of cutting-edge display systems for Disney theme-park attractions worldwide.

Kevin is a member of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE), 3D@Home, and the ASC Technology Committee.
