CrunchGear's $20 DIY projector mount

I can't attest to how sturdy it is, and I certainly would think very carefully before trusting $20 worth of hardware to support a $4,000 projector, but I still have to applaud CrunchGear's Matt Burns' ingenuity. He built his own ceiling mount for a home theater projector with just $20 of materials from the local hardware store.

The mount looks like it can theoretically support 95 pounds, and uses a combination of eye screws, eye bolts, and lap link connectors to make the mount somewhat shockproof. It's not the prettiest mount, but it's certainly a neat solution to a problem.
