Apple Pushes Launch of Streaming TV Service to 2016

Apple is delaying the streaming TV service it had been planning to launch in September until next year, according to a report on Bloomberg.com.

The report cited two key factors for the delay: Apple does not yet have enough content deals in place or enough computer capacity to ensure a glitch-free viewing experience throughout the U.S.

Apple reportedly wants to launch a package of popular channels aimed at cord-cutters that would cost $40 a month, which is about half of a typical cable bill.
